Dr. Dukan came up with a low—calorie dessert “White Madness” – especially for those who follow calories.
According to French doctor Pierre Dukan, diet should not be synonymous with suffering and strict restrictions. And to prove it, his personal culinary invention, a dessert with the eccentric name “White Madness” is incredibly sweet, but at the same time low—calorie.
Ingredients
- 4 lemons, lemon zest,
- 2 sheets of gelatin,
- 100 g of soft creamy cottage cheese with a fat content of 0%,
- 2 tbsp crystal stevia,
- 2 egg whites,
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation
Squeeze the juice from four lemons and grate the zest of one of them.
Put the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes to make it swell. Then drain the water from it.
Heat lemon juice in a small saucepan, add gelatin, cottage cheese and stevia (a powder that replaces sugar).
Whisk the whites into a thick foam, adding a pinch of salt, and gently combine both mixtures.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and refrigerate for at least two hours.
