He predicted the computer’s victory over the world chess champion and the ubiquity of wireless Internet. Judging by the fact that all this has come true, you can trust his other predictions for the future. On top of that, Kurzweil seriously claims the possibility of eternal life and has even released a detailed guide on how to achieve it. In the book Transcend (“Overcoming”), co-authored with Terry Grossman, MD and founder of the Longevity Clinic, he outlines a program following which anyone can, if not achieve immortality, then at least significantly increase life expectancy. What is important is to be active, healthy and happy.

Kurzweil himself is now 74, but he assures that his biological age is somewhere “closer to 50”. Every day he takes about 100 dietary supplements worth several thousand dollars – about $ 1 million comes out a year. His standard breakfast consists of a cup of fresh berries, hot chocolate with a little coffee, a piece of smoked salmon or mackerel, vanilla soy milk, stevia, oatmeal and green tea.

  1.
